Ateliers Nutrition et pr\u00e9vention sant\u00e9 au Lyc\u00e9e Charles Coulomb<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Depuis d\u00e9cembre 2024, le lyc\u00e9e, les R\u00e9f\u00e9rents Jeunesse de la R\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine, <\/span><\/span>les Conseill\u00e8res Principales d\u2019Education<\/span><\/span> et l\u2019association \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><\/span>l\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span>A<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span>telier du placard\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/a>\u00bb ont construit et organis\u00e9 des ateliers de sensibilisation sur la th\u00e9matique \u00ab Nutrition et sant\u00e9 \u00bb aupr\u00e8s des internes. Cette action a \u00e9t\u00e9 financ\u00e9e par la R\u00e9gion Nouvelle-Aquitaine et le lyc\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Les 197 participants ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de s\u00e9ances d\u2019une heure quinze anim\u00e9es par des nutritionnistes, des di\u00e9t\u00e9ticiennes et une coach sportive. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2de et de terminale ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cibl\u00e9s en priorit\u00e9.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span><\/span><\/span>Th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es avec les <\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e9l\u00e8ves de 2de<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span> : Ateliers d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation et au sommeil : Apport de connaissances \u00e0 travers des \u00e9changes et des <\/span><\/span>activit\u00e9s pratiques<\/span><\/span><\/span>. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont pu apprendre la lecture d\u2019\u00e9tiquettes et apprendre \u00e0 d\u00e9busquer les sucres cach\u00e9s.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

– <\/span><\/span><\/span>Th\u00e9matiques abord\u00e9es avec les <\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00e9l\u00e8ves de Terminale<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span> <\/b>: Ateliers d\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation et \u00e0 la gestion du stress <\/span><\/span>:<\/span><\/span> l<\/span>es<\/span><\/span> intervenantes se sont appuy\u00e9es sur un diaporama et <\/span><\/span>un<\/span><\/span> jeu <\/span><\/span>participatif, puis <\/span><\/span>ont termin\u00e9 par des s\u00e9ances de sophrologie (respiration et \u00e9tirements).<\/p>\n\n\n
